Why Did You Create The
Blue Collar Pro Plans?
I created the Pro Plans for the same reason I started Blue Collar Mechanical — to deliver higher-quality HVAC workmanship at a fair and honest price. After years working for the large HVAC corporations in the Valley, I saw firsthand that homeowners weren’t getting the level of quality they were paying for. Revisiting jobs and seeing rushed or careless work never sat right with me.
That experience pushed me to step out on my own. I believed that if I focused on premium craftsmanship, took real pride in every install, and treated people the right way, the business would grow — and it has. What started in my immediate neighborhood has expanded across the entire Valley.
I bring the values I learned in the Marine Corps — discipline, integrity, and accountability — into every part of this company.
