I was shopping around for a new unit and Richard came out to look at my ac and first wanted to make sure that the prior techs from other companies findings were legit before having me invest into a new unit. When he came out he was very friendly and professional. He didnt just tell me what the issues were with my unit but also showed me which made me feel more comfortable knowing I was trying to be conned into getting a new unit. After it was established I needed a new unit, he gave the best offers compared to other companies around the valley. I would highly recommend Richard and his company.
